Before becoming an insurance broker, Charlie was a Mortgage Loan Officer. He started as a State Farm Insurance agent in April 2008, then became Branch Manager for Sherzer & Associates in January 2011. He always knew his passion was to help and educate his clients about the complexity of the insurance market. He became an Independent Agency Owner for Allison Insurance Services in September 2015. With his experience, he can help you navigate the unique risks you face as your insurance advisor. His wife Ruth joined his agency in 2020 as his Personal Lines Client Services Coordinator. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and enjoys playing golf.

Stillwater Insurance

  

Stillwater Roadside Assistance -

Customers can simply call Stillwater’s main claim number at 1-800-220-1351. Press Option 1 for Auto, then 0 for Roadside Assistance. Our system will automatically transfer the customer to our RSA vendor.

Reimbursements
If service or towing is rendered by a roadside business or provider, other than NSD, NSD will reimburse the customer for reasonable charges, up to $75.
